・ starting martial arts training at the age of 14 with taekwondo (korean karate) until the age of 20
・ after a break of 5 years reentering martial arts training at the age of 25 with Shotokan karate
・ since 1985 continious karate training for 26 years
・ 1996 attending the first seminar with Asai Sensei in Germany
・ from 1991 to 2002 training with master Zhang Ji Ming as a private student of Yang-style and    Chen-style Taiji
・ former member of German Karate Federation, JKA and JKS
・ student of Bruno Koller Sensei from Switzerland
・ Co-Founder of Senbukai Germany
