starting martial arts training at the age of 14 with taekwondo (korean karate) until the age of 20
after a break of 5 years reentering martial arts training at the age of 25 with Shotokan karate
since 1985 continious karate training for 26 years
1996 attending the first seminar with Asai Sensei in Germany
from 1991 to 2002 training with master Zhang Ji Ming as a private student of Yang-style and Chen-style Taiji
former member of German Karate Federation, JKA and JKS
student of Bruno Koller Sensei from Switzerland
